Let’s Go Mental: Leitrim 09.10.2015

Dock Arts Centre, Carrick-on-Shannon, 09.10.2015

Leitrim Comhairle had their event on the 9th of October in The Dock Arts Centre Carrick on Shannon. 65 young people from all over county Leitrim attended the event. The evening consisted of an interactive disco with games throughout about positive mental health, In addition, they had artists work with the young people on a mural around “What the 5 a day means to me”. They finished the evening off with 20 mins of laughter yoga and lots of free hugs.
